Recipe of the Month

This months recipe comes from the 2010 Dodge/Jefferson County Honey Queen.

Honey Carrots

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced carrots

1 Tablespoon butter

2 teaspoons Honey

1 teaspoon chopped candied ginger

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

1.  melt butter in sauce pan.

2. Sautee carrots for 2 minutes.

3.  Add ginger and cover, cook for another 5 minutes.

4.  Add honey and sesame seeds.

5.  Serve to the delight of your guests
